Before entering the legal field, Cesar proudly served in the United States Army for six years as an infantryman and driver within the Department of Defense. His military service, carried out in support of the interests of the United States, shaped his strong work ethic, and dedication to serving others.
In addition to his military background, Cesar has valuable experience working for the State, where he assisted in the prosecution of crimes committed on Florida’s highways. He worked closely with the Florida Highway Patrol on cases involving human trafficking, drug trafficking, homicides, VIN fraud, and reckless driving. This experience gave him an understanding of what the other side thinks and how they operate when bringing forth prosecution.
